In thirty five years of working out, being trained by national reebok champs and a host of the most expensive trainers I could find. Holly Jean Cosner is a Pilates, Yoga and Barre instructor with over 17 years of teaching experience. She specializes in combining the 3 techniques to create an ever-changing workout for the client who has outgrown or advanced beyond the average Pilates workout and is looking for a fresh and challenging approach to their fitness goals.
As a former professional dancer, she performed with several ballet and modern dance companies in the US and France. In 1997 she was fully certified in the classical Pilates Method in NYC with her mentors Romana Kryzanowska and Bob Liekens. She is also an avid yoga practitioner and 500 RYT instructor thru Yogaworks.
Holly Jean is the creator and co-author of the book PeeWee Pilates: A Pilates Workout for the Post-partum Mother and Baby. Since its release, PeeWee Pilates has sold into 8 translations worldwide and is used as the training manual for many Post Natal Pilates teacher training programs.
Holly Jean works with many professional athletes and celebrities and has been featured in Glamour,Shape,Fit Pregnancy, and Pilates Style magazines. She has also appeared on Access Hollywood, the CBS Morning show and Good Day New York.
